Going Sugar Free!
A friend told me about a friend who suddenly decided to cut out sugar from their diet and reported feeling great within weeks.
Apparently this sugar free person felt better, experienced improved concentration, clarity of thought and had even more energy!
Initially I was a little sceptical and then I Googled “Consequences of cutting sugar from diet

I would like to back up the the sugar free concept as I decided almost four years ago to omit sugur and salt from my diet and can honestly state that I have more emergy than I have had for a long time. We do not need to add more sugar or salt to are already laden consumables we buy every day. There are loads of pruducts around that contain this natural ingredant already…. so look around. However, there are times , not too often , when your body has a way of telling you that your levels are low and need to be increased ….. this is where crispy cream dougnuts or peaan slices does the trick for me…

I agree with you big time. I’ve been evangelising about a sugar free diet ever since a friend turned me on to the idea. Now, I’ve turned on other people like my friend Akeisha Parris and others.
Who knows, maybe the idea might catch on even more!
